Vinnie Talotta was more than just a gifted photographer, great friend, beloved Star family member and all around fun, and funny, guy. He was, first and foremost, a father. His death has hit all of us so hard, and our hearts go out to his wife, Maith. But few will feel the loss for decades to come quite like his 13-year-old son, Mikele, a bright, curious Grade 8 student who was a constant by his Dad’s side during his brutal battle with cancer. An education fund has been set up for Mikele in Vinnie’s honour, as a lasting tribute and a thank you for all he meant to so many of us.
